After enjoying a session last year so much we have invited Louise to run a series of 4 Personal Safety Workshops for us. This will encompass aspects of safety from defusing a verbal confrontation to escaping a physical conflict. We will be role playing situations, so wear comfortable clothes. All Welcome

Yoga 

Fellow member Jen Brown will lead a yoga session geared towards relieving tension in the hips and lower back. The routine can be altered for different abilities, including women who are pregnant or recovering from pregnancy. In addition to your yoga mat, wear loose clothing, and bring any props you may have such as yoga blocks, belts and dense blankets (pressed wool works well).Committee meeting will be held after the session. Street Artist – Art by Walrus 
Come along to this special session with our guest street artist ”Walrus”  He will show us some innovative techniques with  spray paint to create dynamic and colourful backgrounds on individual canvas boards.
